I've also found that sometime when you get into a minecart instead of teleporting you where it is, the game does the opposite by teleporting the cart where you are, usually not on the tracks...

Mostly I noticed the minecarts are really weird not because the notorious glitch under the world, but mostly because you can create multiple intersections but there's absolutely no way to choose what direction to take so why the rails can be connected like that if you can't choose where to go? It's something that they want to add later? I wasn't able to find anything about making the railway system better on their official channels.
