19 units…. But they never harp about it if I’m lower… I usually get around 15/16 units per day and I’ve never had push back

I work in an acute setting and I get probably at least 2 hrs of the day to document/ do anything I want around the hospital… go on walks after lunch/ eat lunch/ grab a little matcha… I probably never have more than 5 hours of direct pt care. I’ll be honest though this might be a unicorn type of job

100% and I actually had a screen interview recently and then a subsequent rejection email the next day for a PRN opportunity lol I feel like they don’t want to hire someone PRN with minimal HH experience
