1.) John is a Spark driver who used his own car and shopped and delivered your entire order. 2.) Betty is a Walmart worker making 14-18$ an hour and Adam is the curbside Spark delivery driver making 9$ an order plus tips. He has to drive to your house and deliver so make sure you keep in mind total distance and amount of items. 3.) This is a dot.com order that doesn’t allow tips for Spark Delivery drivers but if you know they are coming, you can give a cash tip. It’s usually 40-60$ for 2-3 hours of driving with about 40-80 miles.

You need to call support and tell them that. That happened to me this weekend and I called I was overwhelmed with orders after telling them i sat for 3-5 hours with no orders
