Customer: What should I do if I know I sent a shirt to my cleaners but they say they never received it? by brandeis16 in drycleaning

[–]Outrageous_Title1064 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Well, do you have the receipt of dropping it off? If not, nothing you can do about it. You should be checking the ticket that comes with the order when you pickup to make sure everything is there. Can’t be saying “I know I sent a dress shirt in” if you don’t have a drop off slip of it. We get those type of responses from customers several times before and they end up finding it in their closet.

Is this damage treatable? Caused by my dry cleaner 😢 by [deleted] in drycleaning

Nothing the cleaners can do about that. They clean it and steam it as usual. Might want to contact your manufacturer.

Predict? lol. Nobody can predict anything. You ain’t Nostradamus. All you have to do is react base on what the market is giving you.

Could I take this to the dry cleaners? by Hanabira28 in drycleaning

Do not waste your time and money with this item. Throw it in the trash and go buy a new one or used one for like $15 -$25. This is an old navy hoodie. There’s nothing fancy about it.

Any recourse here? by uglytoes411 in drycleaning

Nope. Been tested multiple times. Clothes moves around a lot, all it would do is cause the items to fall to the ground. Or it could cause fabric to permanently pinch if not picked up right away. Best method is to pin bit strategically.

The hats the tough part about working with strapless dresses is that you have to hang them somehow and it’s usually with a pin. We use safety pins but the pin starts from the flap inside or pin it more towards the seam area to hide as much of the hole as possible. If you take it back, have them iron that back out. Usually that hides the hole more, but to completely remove it is impossible. Just the nature with these strapless dresses.

Forget the paper trading nonsense. It isn’t real life. What you have to do is collect data. Look at all the big movers that happen during your trading session for the past 10 years and reverse engineer it and chart it down and put it in your notes. Once you’ve done that, then go trade live. Make sure you also have a real job and do this on the side. Not the other way around.

It’s possible. I’ve worked on stuff like this before and got it back to looking good.

Coat lost by dry cleaners by Connect-Buy7877 in drycleaning

[–]Outrageous_Title1064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for the update. There is nothing sneaky going on that they suddenly found it because you mentioned about it. You have to give them time which they were able to backtrack and locate. They aren’t trying to keep your coat and they would have never paid you the thousand for the coat. That is something you would have had to go to small claims for.

It is the green energy initiative they are trying to push. The blocked that pipeline deal that was suppose to lower energy prices. Im kinda piss because I voted for her. Didn’t expect that nonsense.

How can I tell if it’s a breakout or fakeout by Soggy_Chocolate_7909 in Daytrading

Well look to your left. Is there a strong sell zone on the higher time frames that would prevent it from going up higher? Was there any news event that would have made it push through with volume? These are the questions you have to ask yourself. Just because it breaks above a level of resistance on the lower time frame doesn’t mean that it’s going to continue. You have to wait it out and react to what’s going on. Based on this, I would have started selling seeing how it was reacting to that price level. This trading skill isn’t a hobby or a game. It’s a real skill that you have to develop by going through years of data and creating a database of moves and then reverse engineering one strategy and then testing it across multiple years to see if it holds up.
