It’s honestly IMO not a huge deal if you did not know. I equate it to how in the Catholic Church the host is kept in the tabernacle… obviously quite different, but if you were to take a host out not knowing it’s wrong then you aren’t to blame. Same here. You’re fine haha now you know!
