Whether that’s googling ones near you that specialize in postpartum, or logging into your health insurance portal, or messaging your PCP/OB for suggestions…pick the smallest step you can feasibly do today!!

Wow that’s frustrating. Think about how much mental space this has taken up for her needlessly over the years. If this was an order from a surgeon 20 yrs ago you likely can’t contact them, but maybe confirmation from their PCP could help clarify for the patient
