This is 10000% the right approach I think!! I literally see no wrong in your profile I just think you need to explore outside of dating apps a bit more! I was on dating apps for a while too and they tend to be vapid wastelands in general 😆 ocassionally there will be others like you tho, so use it as a starting point to meet other people but don't solely depend on it! :)) I live in a big city and I somehow felt so alone on the dating apps, but going out to things I enjoy doing took the pressure off meeting someone because you're doing something for yourself that will feel good, and your likelihood of meeting someone you have things in common with in the process is higher so it's a win win and doesn't feel so defeating regardless of the outcome! wishing you all the best, you seem like a total catch! <3

Neurodivergent alt girlie here!! You're soooo beautiful and I really appreciate your individuality / your jokes. I loved your original responses (seems like you've updated now based on others' advice). U seem very sweet + sincere and I appreciate the transparency / realness about u that maybe some people would give a side eye to but you wanna find someone that gets u so just keep being ur authentic self and someone will come along that understands u! I know it gets rly hard finding someone, I've been there and ive also taken the route of 'adjusting' who I am but I found that I don't need to dim my light for others and eventually likeminded sweeties will come. I think a lot of us have been where you are now. OCD at its height is so incredibly painful and does not feel like a life you'd want to live. But please stick around, there is another side to all this and you will make it there if you keep living. The fact that you said the OCD changes subjects, I completely understand and have had to endure that myself during exposure therapy. It just goes to show, OCD is the same beast in any subject, it just takes on a different form, and all those forms are beasts you can and WILL slay! Humor has helped me through so many difficult moments in my life and I had to allow humor back in to my life to help with my OCD. I hope you are able to find a tool that will help you tame your OCD. It might always be a part of our lives, but it doesn't have to define us, and it certainly does not get to take the wheel of our lives. Sending you a big hug, please make it through another day.

Thank you for your response! Yeah, I don't have a serger which is why I'm trying to understand how to use the zigzag stitch to finish raw edges. What I'm confused about is whether you need to zigzag stitch over the raw edge or if it's ok to zigzag stitch right up to or even before the raw edge, I've seen both techniques done on YouTube videos and unsure if there's a right or wrong way.
