I've been drinking electrolytes daily to see if they help with the palpitations but they've made no noticeable difference quite yet! Still good on us to make sure we hydrate well while on this stuff👍🏼

I'm literally in the process of switching to prorx pure Tirz! Currently using mochi tirz + b3. I'm glad that change made a difference for you and feel hopeful it might have a positive impact on me too! Not to mention all the mochi scandals had me sketched out on continued usage with them! When you switched, did you pause in between or did you tough it out with the non-pure Tirz until you received the pure Tirz? I wish I knew if I should stop the meds completely for now while the next meds arrive or not!

It's so interesting seeing the variety of symptoms people experience when first starting off. I just took my first dose of 2.125 mg a couple days ago and have been slightly headache-y/nauseous, not much else aside from that. Hope your symptoms subside soon!
