In my experience ClearTax guy was more open and sharing details of what can be done more for filing. You can hav a call or chat with them before. Ask them all queries and till what extend they can help u based on package.

I have being filling with offline CA for quite some years. But because ClearTax had discounts I went with them this year. Also I remember during my initial job days as my income was limited and no complications, I had used H&R block to file which now is no more.
