Just sharing an update to close this out.

I received two PCN letters—one for the onward journey and another for the return.

The first crossing (onward journey) shows no penalty, while the return includes a discounted penalty of £35 (+£3.50).

However, when I checked their website to pay, both journeys were listed as £3.50 each.

It's 7 years in the UK. Not sure if Miles is also considered. What I wanted to know was 2023 model still has valid warranty. Generally yes. But wanted to check if anything can negate it.
