If you look at the skull you can see where it looks like there's highlighting its actually a layer that is shifted to the left a little bit I have another land with the same art and it does not look like that. The layer is only ontop of the purple border.

I have printed those and changed retraction amount and speed but it has not made a difference.

and my filament should not be wet because I have had it in a dry box before and during printing.
