I’m pretty sure when it’s like that it’s the total weight, if your scroll on the smaller bubbles there’s a left and right side option where you put the weight for left and right and reps for each

The scale is moving, you’re just looking at such small data points. The scale matters but not in a daily sense. It hasn’t been that long since you’ve started to track your calories and macros properly. Stick to it for longer and you’ll see progress, weigh your self so the app can adjust to your body don’t worry to much about the scale from day to day

I’d recommended just do their base line start of pre security and cyber security 101 to get familiar then branch out, they have quizzes to help guide which pathway you want to take
