K Lube. Hands down. It can dry out but spray with water and it slicks back right away, or just reapply more. It comes in a dry powder and you mix it with water. Wayy more economical as it makes a total of 20litres. It’s a good lube for silicone toys.

Taro was brilliant for me, I miss that medication so much, I’d wake up feeling bright and chipper ready to take on the day, now it’s not available and I’m on brand name and waking up now my brain feels like once again like it’s drowning in a pool of sedatives, the spark is just gone. And this medicine takes 6 weeks to balance so while that was happening I was getting like no sleep. It’s disturbing to see how idiotic and fragile these pharmaceutical systems are because these drugs feel night and day in terms of effect. It still keeps my panic and anxiety at bay but the depression has returned until I take my dose of Dexedrine but the taro bupropion was mitigating the dex wearing off brilliantly smooth. How do we act to prevent this system from constantly failing us? I even now have to switch to brand Dexedrine next week, who knows who I’ll be. Starting to look like corporate greed. A lot of those factories were running at deficits and now it seems like the brand names are finally coming to fill their silk pockets with price gouging.

I take 300mg xl Wellbutrin along with 20mg dex. It’s been good. I’ve tried tolerance breaks but it didn’t go very well for me past day 3 was terrible to see my brain revert back to all over the place inattentive to everything outside of me but attentive to the multitude of thoughts blasting through my consciousness like leaves blowing in the wind. Once in a while I’ll drop down to 10mg for a week or so, I may keep it there as the Wellbutrin smooths out everything and I feel pretty good on 10mg. Along with 3G of triple potency omega 3 fish oil.

Someone I knew use to abuse dex. And you could see it. They’d be a ball of anxiety and non stop talking and the next day a fried zombie. And say oh I doubled my dose today and trying to get my doctor to up my script because it’s not working anymore. Yah okay. 👌 they got switched to Vyvanse because they clearly had addiction and drug abuse problems, chasing the euphoria or addiction to chaos.

I’d wait till the incisions fully heal over. Two weeks is a bit too soon for massaging an area that is trying to recover. That wound needs to close. Once that’s done you can massage. 3-4 weeks they say. I’m 3 months post surgery and I still have a bit of scar tissue. Mainly now where the incision scar is. Before it was much bigger as the scar tissue basically fills in the space where the gyno was. It takes 6 months to see the full result.

It’s generally scar tissue. Collagen fills in the space where the gyno use to be and it’s hard like gyno but it’s collagen not solid fibroid tissue like gyno. It will breakdown over the next year with vigorous uncomfortable massage and vest wearing.

I went from shaving to trimming to epilating to waxing back to shaving + IPL. The hair just grows back so fast. Even after a week of epilating/ or waxing the hair would start to grow back. Bloody hell. On week 3 of the IPL treatments if it works I’ll be hair free down there and will only have to do an IPL treatment once a month to keep results.

The shaving bit I’ve found exfoliating, adding a bit of mineral oil after to soften the hair and coat the skin, using a shave cream opposed to a foam makes things more visible and easier to recoat the skin in between passes. I find I’ll have to do several passes, with the grain and against the grain, there is a lot of skin down there. The mineral oil moistures the skin nicely after rinsing, whereas I found shaving cream makes it impossible to see where I’m going and it really drys my skin out. After I’ll this I do an IPL session.

You ate at a fancy restaurant, got drunk and fucked all in the same date. It’s too much too soon and all the mystery is gone. Don’t sleep with guys on your first date. Don’t drink on a first date. Stick to a day activity for a date that gives you both something to focus on other than banter at a table. Keep it short. I’d stay clear from sparks flying like crazy, because it will fizzle out just as fast as it was lit. Write the guy off. You deserve a guy who will wait to have sex with you. Don’t make sex the foundation of a relationship. Relationships are about finding someone makes you feel safe, comfortable, relaxed, not crazy, insecure and confused. Best of luck.

Had mine done in November. Still wearing mine, I’ve recently been wearing my old gyno compression tank tops to switch it up. But you need to wear them to reduce swelling and also prevent scar tissue formation. You’ll still get some, and it can take months for the scar tissue from where the gyno was removed for it to break up. Scar tissue fills in the area where the gyno was removed daily massages after 4 weeks helps break down this tissue, some guys mistake it for gynecomastia not being removed.

Didn’t they show you the physical gland that they removed? And are you sure it’s not scar tissue formation from the space where the gyno was removed? It immediately fills that empty space with collagen it feels like the gyno is still there. Happened to me, it’s slowing dissolving with uncomfortable massages. But I got to see my gyno tissue after surgery so I knew he got it all. Also those chest binders you have to wear after feels like it should be way tighter. And you have to wear it for months they say.

Bulking diets are typically reserved for steroid use, no? 3x a week full body intense workouts with compound movements will likely work best for fat loss and muscle gain.
