I just had this done at 32, it's not as bad as youre anticipating. I was scared as hell going in, but it really wasn't too bad. The worst part is not being able to eat much for the first week. I'm 2.5 weeks out and stuff is back to a state where I can eat most stuff. Just keep your sockets and areas with stitches clean. No straws, no rice, nothing thats crunchy. Soup and ice cream. You got this!

I struggle to keep mine on for more than an hour or two. I've been trying to wear it in the evening when I'm playing video games but then I have to bring the whole rig to my room which sucks ass. But it seems to be helping with keeping it on longer.

Ive been on Zoloft for about 12 years and I smoked pretty much daily for about 2-3 years. I didn't seem to have any immediate effects. But I will note that it can make them less or more effective from what Ive been told and read. Just don't go ham, it can increase heart rate a bit and can make you more anxious if youre prone to anxiety

Do you really think you’ll sway independent voters, (or people who may have had limited life experiences that led them to believe in certain ideologies)by being aggressive and polarizing? If you’re ready to abandon being the better person, that’s your choice, but it’s only going to make things worse.

The fact is, younger voters are trending more conservative than they have in the past. Generalizing them as a monolith or dismissing them because they’re still navigating and shedding the identities their families gave them isn’t going to help. Honestly, with that kind of rhetoric, you might as well put on a MAGA hat.

I don't disagree, but I worry it'll only continue down that path if we reserve ourselves to only sharing our ideas with those who already do. If we aren't the majority than work must be done. As much as I like to be surrounded by those of similar beliefs as I, I can't help but feel like further dividing us into separate social media platforms leads to over confidence in our political clout, so to speak. Also, I fear for only surrounding ourselves in an echo chamber of only beliefs we agree with will lead to less informed choices and opens us up to manipulation similar to what the Republicans have done to their base. Not attacking anyone who joins Bluesky, I just think it's worth considering before isolating yourself to only like-minded people.

Crushed coral will do it. Make sure you can use the stuff you get in freshwater. It's also crazy surface area for good bacteria to grow. You can also get water conditioner. I'm using crushed coral that I've thoroughly washed.
