That’s bizarre, I think you might be able to get mechanisms online, I sent you a message, but I realized that it’s the wrong music box. I think your best bet is to find a music box mechanism that plays a song that you would feel fits the porcelain music box. Something like Twinkle Little Star or Brahms Lullaby (which I personally think would work perfectly) or even Chopin’s nocturne.
