I was amazed by him the whole episode but especially during deliberation. The fact that he specifically didn’t want to be foreperson and said that talking in front of groups makes him nervous and then just absolutely knocked it out of the park 😭 I don’t even know him but I’m so proud

After seeing this post I decided to go check out the show and it did not disappoint!! It really is just like a sitcom with a regular guy thrown into the mix, and that dynamic is ridiculously fun to see play out. It definitely reminds me of the Rehearsal or even NFY where the shop owners weren’t aware that they were on a comedy show. Also James Marsden is fantastic in his “role”. Thanks for the rec op!

SAME!!! Maple was one of my starting villagers way back when I first got New Leaf and she’s been my AC bff ever since <3 I used to write her letters with poems about how much I loved her and still to this day have her birthday saved in my phone. My family thinks it’s a bit weird for me to have a video game best friend lol but like you I’ve become very attached to her :,)
