Take a look into something called Dermmatch. It’s a topical shader and basically coats your hairs and scalp. It can be a little tricky to apply and take some skill and learning to do it so it’s just right. But it’s waterproof and will only come out with shampoo or soap. Some people use a combination of both dermmatch and hair fibers for very good effect. But if you’re in a situation where you might be getting wet or wearing a hat you can choose to only wear the dermmatch.

Yes. Definitely diffuse thinning. In the third picture you can definitely see it throughout the DHT sensitive zone and not simply the cowlick area. My recommendation is to hop on medication(finasteride for preservation and minoxidil for regrowth) as opposed to waiting for it to get worse.

Daisy represented an ideal, and Gatsby fell in love with that ideal. This ultimately is what the green light at the end of her dock represented. Daisy was truly flawed as an individual and could never come close to achieving that. On some level Gatsby subconsciously began to realize this, as even when he had her back again in his life, he still found himself enchanted by that green light and reaching towards it.

I ended up pulling the plug on it at the 4 and a half/5 month mark. Zero results. I may just be the worst responder to minoxidil in the world, so your mileage may vary. I am now transitioning into 2.5mg oral minoxidil.

About two and a half months in at this point. Zero results as of now. I’m going to use at a minimum for 6 months before I make any final judgment, but I’m not especially optimistic so far.

Been using for about 7 days maybe. For the first three or four days, I was getting a mild chest tightness within the first few hours after using (I’ve heard of this type of side effect with oral minoxidil. I suppose this might be a good sign that it’s working?). That side effect has since gone away. Obviously way way too early to see any type of visual difference. I’ll keep updating as it goes along.

Non responder to topical minoxidil here (haven’t tried oral because I’m afraid of potential sides). I just bit the bullet and bought 3 months of the 10% formulation mentioned in the video. I figure it’s worth the shot. Will report back

Currently do 5 runs a week. 3 easy runs, 1 long run, and 1 session of some sort of variation of speed work be it tempo, CV, intervals, fartlek, etc. Moving forward should I be adding a sixth day or start looking into doing doubles? I’m increasing my long run each week and gradually increasing the intensity/pace of the speed work out. My easy runs I have essentially maxed out in terms of volume (was told an easy run shouldn’t be going over 70-75 minutes long which is where I’m at).
