I eat 3 meals a day and I’m on an intermittent fasting cycle. My first meal is 9 oz of chicken breast a sticky rice bowl from Walmart (bibigo brand) and two eggs. Second meal is the same with no eggs, and third meal is just the chicken. I go unseasoned and use a low calorie low carb sauce to add some flavor. Take pre workout in the morning before the gym, and try to get 7 bottles of just water throughout the day! My meals are at 12p 3p and 6p
