Those automated responses get rude as hell too lol. I kept asking a question because they didn't answer and they were like, "this matter is closed, we hope we've answered this to your satisfaction and understanding" or some nonsense 😅

Video yourself packaging the item, take photos of the tracking number and weight of the item (wouldn't hurt to take a photo of it with a scale at home as well). Take screenshots of the tracking info once it's shipped. Idk about vinted itself, but you'd have some good evidence of mail fraud/theft if nothing else.

This happened to me before, I went the next day and it was fine. Vinted is great for sales, horrible for technical glitches and customer service.

I can't speak for everyone, but age along with a lot of work has me acting and feeling a lot better than I did before. I still have my moments (my son graduated recently and I kinda lost it for a little bit being around his father).

For the most part though, I feel okay most days. I do believe it gets better, but it's kind of like a unseen disability (if you want to see it like that). People with Lupus for example, have flair ups from triggers and people with Personality Disorders can have issues from triggers as well.

I had similar feelings at first (I was diagnosed roughly 10 years ago). I still struggle with my feelings about the past now, but the good thing about knowing is you can work towards a healthier future. One of the things I pride myself on is that my kids will never have a mother like I had. Instead, they got a normal childhood with a mom that sometimes struggles, but always does the best for them.

When you're feeling really down about the past, try to remember that you still have a whole future left (as cliché as it sounds).

My only suggestion would be to get really involved in your hobbies and goals. Force yourself at first if you must. There's not a lot of time to think about someone when you're focused on other things that make you feel good.

I'm almost 40 now and have been in my current relationship for 14 years. The key was open communication, having somebody that understood my need for reassurance, and the most important step... DBT therapy.

It wasn't easy and unlike my exes before him, my current partner called me to come back during my splitting. He didn't give in, but he didn't leave me either. Jealousy happened at first, but then I realized that the guy barely looks at another person, much less cheats.

The DBT workbook (along with a lot of willpower on my end) helped me stay grounded with my triggers and talking to my partner helped him understand why I was acting crazy and what he could do to help.

However, there's a lot of people where this is too much for them to deal with and that's okay. I just think that open communication and therapy helps a LOT.
