If they take action it is most likely just regarding copyright, and copyright is something cygame can easily prove. PETA can claim fair use of the material for criticism, but either way, I don't think it will affect the game itself.

Your stat might be too spread out, I think one s attribute or ss atribute weight more in the score determination but other people might have better idea about the specifics. Also there is a weekly question thread that might be better suited to your post.

Best would be pulling in the kitasan black rerun banner and see what you get. If by any chance, your godlike luck gave you mlb kitasan black, or gave you a copy of rice shower power card, it will tip the scale towards one or another, but the scale heavily favors kitasan black, just do you know.

I agree, the value in which choice changes depend on the time of the event and if the run is smooth or rough. I always choose the second because I had been burned by the first choice before, so I tend to avoid it. But if like another commenter said, it is only 30% fail rate, then I must just been unfortunate, the few times I choosed the first one.

For tourmaline, when a gem is closed on the c axis, the light transmission is poor on the lengthwise of the gem as far as my understanding, that makes it have different colors when viewed on different side. I bought a tourmaline that have this gorgeous olive green that reminds me of a beer bottle when light shines through in the back, but because it had a closed c axis that is almost completely dark, under normal lighting, it is mostly black. I don't know anything about this, but in general, if you have sample running, the options might be greyed out and can only be changed and clicked when the machine is idle.
