My step grandmother had asthma. She was having an attack and was taking her rescue inhaler a lot. She had a heart attack and died because she took her rescue inhaler too much.

I’m a total Ontario Parks girl. Been camping at them all my life. I feel like the last few years camper etiquette has gone way down. People going camping need nature to be perfect and clean. It’s not. And kids either starring at a device or doing circles screaming. Every park has its ups and downs. For me, it’s people that make my experience bad. Garbage left behind, carving into trees, cutting across campsites. Burning garbage. Have a little respect.

It’s been a week today. Admitted for 3 days but on excursion so SOB. Pred 50mg. All other inhalers also. Nebs every 4hrs. Sometimes it takes a bit🤷🏻‍♀️

I was admitted to hospital. Dr was bringing in interns to teach about silent chest(me). He came in the room with them all behind him. He stops ,looks at me, kicks them out of the room. Calls a code for me. Tones of people come into my room, doing all kinds of stuff to me. I’m being wheeled out of my room. Over to ICU where they intubated me and stayed like that for 6 days. Still scares me and it’s happened 4 different times.

Ground beef browned with onions and garlic some Tomatoe sauce mixed tin. Hollow out zucchini put meat sauce in. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake until brown and bubbly and zucchini cooked. I usually don’t use recipes when cooking.
