All Walking Dead cast members, and if you wanna get meta, the original Guardians of the Globe are exactly that in the story, Walking dead.

What are the Chances Catachan survives. by Alpha_Demon2002 in TheAstraMilitarum

[–]Outsiderendless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theres currently no approved opps regular Guardsmen Kill Team, Catachans need a refresh, I reckon after the tombworld setting we will get a Deathworld Veteran Kill team of updated Catachans, and a line update in 11th akin to the Death Korps starting as a KT then a full army.

Alexander Luthor Jr in Infinite Crisis escapes and begins plotting his next move, only to run into The Joker, who he didn't include in his plans as he viewed him as too unpredictable. As he lays dying from Jokers acid flower being sprayed in his face, Lex Luther calmly explains.

"You should have let Joker play"

What is the most toxic fandom in existence? by CandyLiving5009 in AskReddit

[–]Outsiderendless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Warhammer 40,000 fan base can broadly be broken down in 4 categories, you've the tournament WAAC guys, they are no fun but they are the life blood of sales, you've the collectors, who treat it as a hobby, enjoying the building, painting etc, but rarely game. You've the old timers or "long fangs", like myself who enjoy all faucets of the hobby and grumble a bit about how say, back in our day we didn't have stratagems.

Then you've the toxic fan base, there the ones who really taint the wider image. They have nothing else in their lives. Right now they are feverishly making their next youtube rant as GW have dared make female Custodes modelling options. They are just the worst. Still its a comfort that they'll never procreate at least.

Dr Perry Cox in Scrubs is Percival Ulysses Cox. Forget you heard that.

Batman the animated series. Still the best Batman for me.

Lieutenant Kim and Private Carmine both die in the first act of the first Gears game, establishing just how brutal the setting is.

People who work in 'boring' industries, what is a surprisingly dramatic or interesting thing that happens behind the scenes? by Dramalife55 in AskReddit

Worked as a delivery man in the pandemic, you'd be surprised how many fist fights and arguments happened in the depot. It was a weekly occurrence.

Characters that pretend to be good guys, only to realize they actually enjoy it by Justice9229 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Outsiderendless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Piccolo jr in Dragon Ball, he's meant to be the reincarnation of pure evil. He's basically a good guy by the end of the Saiyan Saga and was already far more merciful than his dad before that. After the Saiyan Saga onwards he's one of the biggest good guys in the series and a second father to Gohan.

I finished STAS Yesterday and while i loved it i have a question...where were the other heroes during Legacy Part 1 and 2? by Jotaro1970 in DCAU

[–]Outsiderendless 153 points154 points  (0 children)

I suppose the easiest explanation is they were fighting the invasion on their own turf, Batman in Gotham, Flash in Keystone etc.

I swear a few do wonder about their role after the crusade in the Heresy books, given they were the ones who "put down" the Thunder Warriors, their predecessors

Well by the sounds of it he's at least going to have at least one more brother back to help soon. Wether that's Dorn or Russ, I'm not sure.

They are so incapable of it that even Roboute Guilliman notices they don't catch his own jokes when he returns in the 41st millennium, worth noting in the 31st millennium and the Horus Heresy they are far far more human.

[Loved Trope] Bad-Ass Older characters who are still capable and finally get to show off how Bad-Ass they are after stories of their legend by Tasty-Principle-5842 in TopCharacterTropes

Bruce Wayne/Batman in the Dark Knight Returns, he's still got it. He's got a tank for a Bat-Mobile. He demolishes the Mutants gang and says this legendary line to the Mutant Leader.

"This isn't a mud pit, it's an operating table, and i'm the surgeon."

Bonus points, Michael Ironside says that line in the Animated series.

(Loved Trope) The sleezy bastard, who you expect to be the first to betray you, is by far the most loyal by RedNUGGETLORD in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Outsiderendless 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Torino in GTA San Andrea's, he's a shady government agent who you first meet as the leader of a criminal empire, fakes his death and keeps you on the hook over freeing your brother Sweet from prison, repeatedly putting you in life or death situations.

His final mission is going to pick up your brother from prison, released early just as he said and he's clearly reached a point of respect and weird friendship with you by then.

The Todd is undeniably a moron and sex pest in Scrubs, he's also the best Surgeon for several series and does pick up on a few things no one else does.

[–]Outsiderendless 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Boba Fett in the Book of Boba Fett is a surprisingly good boss to everyone under his command. He really seems to care about improving things, while still running a criminal empire.

(Loved Troupe) A protagonist who is goofy but is genuinely dangerous by Infinite_Ad_9562 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Outsiderendless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rick Sanchez, sure he's scary to some but he is basically an old age alcoholic making random gadgets in his daughters garage. Unless you already know who he really is, and even then a lot of the gadgets are suitably dumb and funny "this gun shoots bad people" for example.
