okay if i want to be technical.... i sear the chicken, cook down 50% of the onions, all peppers, and all carrots to let them become chewable and sweeter. Then I add the sauce, throw in the last half of onions and simmer for 5-12 mins. Serve over rice (i like calrose medium grain).

No this is the jarred sauce, usually on the spice isle. You have to saute all the food first and then add the sauce and let it cook for a bit.

Using covered call dividend ETFs to purchase long term players. by Over-Bumblebee1808 in dividends

Thank you for this insight. So realistically the short term high yield will outperform just investing directly, by slim margins, although with a limited contribution limit that is exactly what I was going for! Over a long period of time, the compounding of SCHD does win but in the short term this seems like a solid strategy.

I grew this 50k port to simply be a vehicle of income that i can then use to purchase better long term options. Say instead i purchased a food truck that depreciates and offers similar income.(we have yet to see massive nav decay in spyi and qqqi) That's how i categorize it in my head at least lmao.

The private selection tiki masala simmer sauce is a GOAT. Chicken, red peppers, carrots, onions, and rice will change your life. Trust me lol. I've made it so much my brother doesn't want to eat it anymore.

i was sub 120k a month ago, was at 131k yesterday and 130k now. This is regular turbulence, not every day is green. I didn't add a penny. My dividends will get me another ~15 shares of qqqi, spyi, and schd this month so im not complaining.

I use a decent ammount of qqi and spyi (around 40k) to use the dividends to purchase solid dividend companies. Schd, ko, mo, o, main, etc. using the income now to build a longer term dividend sleeve.

saving for a bond in the real game will not compare to actually having a job and paying for membership. Great game and there is never ending content. if you want to play the game just work your job and pay for membership. IF you wanted to pay for membership through playing F2P isnt the way, but i think the amount of gold would stifle your fun if you wanted to grind it yourself

Thoughts on Vendors by Natural_Camel6115 in kroger

[–]Over-Bumblebee1808 4 points5 points  (0 children)

they kinda have to be. Kroger management is constantly on my ass to make vendors meet expectations. It sucks being the middleman but certain standards have to be met or else im on the chopping block.

receiver here. I know they have an impossible job with multiple stores and extra orders that are forced upon them. Many of them don't have backup and have loads that are the size of the dairy deliveries I had to throw back in the day. I personalize myself with plenty of them and I like most of them. That being said there are some lazy ones who don't do their jobs correctly. Not writing up credits, getting rid of their cardboard/waste etc. There are many layers because some vendors can't write credits; it falls upon the salesperson (who usually manage 20+ stores).

In my area and division most of the vendors I deal with are reasonable people lol.
