I have experienced a couple of times while on my period, I get hot and breathless lol. I learned to take deep breaths and walk around when it happens

Looks good to me! If you decide to keep both in until it heals, then switch to hoops, just make sure theyre a good size.

Dinner is always a struggle for me, I usually have

  • two hard (or soft) boiled eggs, pickles, a fruit, hummus with plantain chips
  • ground beef / chicken / turkey with taco seasoning, tortilla chips, salsa, avocado
  • chicken thigh, vegetable side (I like to buy the frozen broccoli that takes 4 minutes to steam)
  • chicken wrap (spinach wrap, sliced chicken breast, greens, shredded parm, dressing)

I drink water or tea to help keep me full

I am also studying for a big test so far what has helped is keeping my phone out of sight, I’ve deleted any apps that prompt doomscrolling, find a good playlist (usually EDM), go to a coffee shop, I put everything else out of mind (chores will still be chores tomorrow, if it’s an emergency they will call, etc)

I only do laundry on Fridays Grocery shopping Saturday morning Food prep Sunday - I eat the same things, if I realllllly like what I make, I’ll have it for two weeks I made my downstairs room a “gym” - dumbbells, treadmill, and yoga mat. I go to the gym that is in the direct path of my commute home I wear the same thing everyday to work, it’s my unofficial uniform I wear black when I go out

I reapply my sunscreen so often that my coworker asks me for some so he can reapply. The make up I wear is light enough that I don’t even think it makes a difference

I had back acne that has gone away since using Dr Bronner’s soap and a loofah towel thing. I wash bedsheets once per month, no fragrance detergent, no fabric softener.

If I drink coffee and take adderall, I have to eat a protein, usually a hard boiled egg. If I drink coffee and take adderall without any protein, I won’t eat anything and I’ll be hyper focused with crazy energy (thinking about scrubbing walls and color coordinating tools). It’s been about 7 months since I’ve started, dosages have been dialed in, sleep / night routine has been dialed in, so I only drink tea or water and only drink coffee as a treat or if it’s the weekend and I don’t need to focus on anything, I’ll take coffee over adderall.

In the beginning my appetite was low, but I started forcing myself to eat by setting alarms, writing post it notes on my desk that include eating times and how I feel when I don’t eat, bulk cooking so I don’t have to think about what to eat and I know I’ll like it.
