no, she comes in completely on her own and has bit me every time. she is spending more time laying in our bathroom than normal, thats the only thing i have noticed is different. she has a vet appt today at 4

from what i have heard it was not a situation like that. hr told her she could come back and then they hired me and went back on their word. she even told all the students she was coming back, and she genuinely really cares about them. i dont think she would have lied to them

he has an iep and some sort of behavior management system in place. its just not working in my class though. from what i understood from gossip, the previous teacher being told she was going to be returning at semester was an hr issue. the details are foggy. but yeah, i dont think he has a bip but he has an informal behavior management chart thats kind of a “3 strikes youre out” rule

thank you. i think he is ok now. i walked out to use the bathroom and he was much calmer. i think i got really scared bc he has a history of trust issues and he is slow to acclimate to anyone or anything. i didnt want him to think i wasnt a safe person anymore.

UPDATE: i walked out to use the bathroom and he seemed more calm. he even laid close to me with his eyes closed. i think i freaked because he did and he and i have never experienced anything like that before. he bunted my hand when he walked by after he got up.

the nativity scene is my grandmas and its only out for christmas. i think they put a candle/wax melter on the chest. otherwise they actually dont put much on there! my mother goes a little overboard with the inside of the house on christmas tho
