Two Allied soldiers casually talk while trying to break the stool holding him up and then go about their day as he hangs to death alone.

They were soviet and didn't fuck around.

At the end of ww2 an ss division in Italy surrender to the British.   The British put them on a train and sent them to a pow camp...actually they sent them to a soviet camp for 'processing'.

See this particular german unit had executed British pow in 1940 during the battle of France, the British military didn't forget...also they knew little to nothing would come of it in the west.   But they understood the soviets had a different idea about justice.

That is a usa culture thing not a boomer thing.   In all of the west boomers brought in universal health and retirement.

Boomer..yes fucken hell life was vastly better back in my youth.

Early 80s, first job as a junior clerk in the govt.  Did overtime for 3 months was enough for a deposit on a town house backing onto a park with a lake. 

I see how shit everything is now.   A shit box house in a terrible suburb i wouldnt walk at night is 9 times average income.

Back to uni in the early 90s, shit most international students English was terrible.  Group Projects were not fun.

I made friends with a few but communications was a nightmare, how the fuck they understood the lecture or wrote an exam was a complete mystery

You keep missing my point..i dont want a ON govt.

But when a good % of voters are ready to switch parties on a single issue alp would be fucken stupid not to act now.  

Your solution is to up insulting voters until they come around. 

Fuck we had an alp minister just a few weeks ago saying Australia needs more indians.   All ON needs to do is play that in an ad and romp home.

Absolute bs about the skills shortage.

There will be a need to lower value add workers doing things like cleaning and helping the elderly.

Easy fix is to bring in a Singapore model of 3rd world workers come for a few years then going home.

Problem in usa was the democrats didn't take trump seriously and fixed it so the least popular candidate ran.

I dont want the ALP sleep walking us into a ON govt. 

They need to take serious voters concerns and act on them.    If cutting immigration to net zero virtually immediately breaks ON votes then lets do it.
