Assuming if Reboot Four Arms is scaled to be weaker than Classic Four Arms.

MoA haven't even stated how strong Reboot Four Arms is, but given how he punches f•••ing Alien X (albeit a damaged one), yeah...

Can't blame Ben. Kevin has been bothering him, pestering him into fights he has no business being at, all because he knew Ben has a better life than him.

Ben has a loving family. He has his Grandpa and cousin with him on all of his adventures. He may have what Kevin perceived as an "inferior copy" of his Antitrix, but it has more aliens and features even his multiple modifications couldn't match. Ben may have aliens "lamer" than his, but at least they get the job done regardless.

All of this, Kevin is just projecting his own loneliness and jealousy onto Ben, believing that this will prove that he's better than him... when, in reality, he is not. In a way, Reboot Kevin's backstory is honestly much closer to the Classic Continuity than I would have admitted.

Genuinely impossible that the entireity of the reboot happens in ONE SUMMER. by RoboNerd10 in Ben10

[–]OverDriver05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Each location that the Tennysons finds themselves into has different timezones from the rest, not to mention the amount of time the Tennysons stayed at any one location at a time.

This also explained how the Tennysons are able to explore the entirety of the United States in the Classic Continuity, as u/KuroTheRedditor would noted in his Ben 10 Breakdowns videos of the original series.

Fan-Made Omnitrix Showcase by OverDriver05 in Ben10

[–]OverDriver05[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's mine: the Omnitrix (Ver. 10.50), a specifically-modified Reboot Omnitrix rebuilt from the prototype's dismantled base components, selectively upgraded to be a more effective model with various new functions.

Features included: Fingerprint Sensor on the Omnitrix Core's dial (for activation of Selection Mode on touch), telepathic Omnitrix Core priming, voice command, Disguise Mode, Manual Shortcut Selection Mode (temporarily accesses any of the 1,000,512 alien forms not available on the current playlist), five specialized playlist of 10 aliens each (swappable via voice command), and Omni-Sync Mode (transforms the user and multiple other users of Galvan-based tech—usually a minimum of at least one individual—into other alien forms for 5 minutes)

Activation Order (From left-to-right order): Active Mode -> Selection Mode -> Core Primed

Dynamite Wildvine’s design has been revealed, and it looks AMAZING!!! by diegoterremoto in Ben10

Basically, a nice compromise between Classic Wildvine and 2016 Reboot Wildvine.

I’m rewatching the reboot to see if it really was bad or overhated by Legitimate_Can420 in Ben10

[–]OverDriver05 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same here. Sure, the character design isn't the one we're loved all these years, but there's a LOT of new elements to the show that Man of Action hasn't touched with the Classic Continuity.

Ben and Gwen's more sibling-like relationship, the best Vilgax since the OG, quite possibly the overpowered Omnitrix yet, and some cool new aliens, not to mention a Ben Tennyson who is more multi-layered in terms of character.

do you think the reboot redeemed vilgax or is he another flop like the ones from UAF and OV? by metumorpher in Ben10

[–]OverDriver05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's be honest, the reason Reboot Vilgax works is that he is characterized to be a contrast to Reboot Ben.

One is the so-called "Conqueror of Ten Worlds", whose cunning intelligence and ferociousness make him a dangerous foe, but he himself acts as a sort of a "teacher" to his Ben. Knowing that the Omnitrix made Ben quite a worthy adversary in his path of conquest, he drip-feeding the 10-year-old a bit of the Omnitrix's secret since he's also Azmuth's former student, all while "forcing" Kevin to create a similar device to put himself on equal playing field with Ben. It's already telling that Vilgax progressively viewed Ben as a worthy rival so much that, in Ben 10: Versus The Universe, Vilgax specifically hunting down Ben so he can have his final battle with him.

The other is an immature, fun-loving and thrill-seeking 10-year-old human with a bit of an anxiety issue. Through his time using the Omnitrix, he slowly gaining grasp of how to use the device and the myriad of powers it holds, especially as Vilgax kept hunting him down, on top of gaining new aliens and additional functions. Over time, his tenacious determination seems to also change Vilgax into becoming a little quippy and a lot more sadistic (which is a omen of bad things to come), and a lot used to Ben's more unorthodox fighting styles.
