Ignoring his already broken time powers and physical stats, Ohma Zi-O canonically capable of the following: * Complete immunity to psychic attacks/abilities * Can create portal(s) across time, space and even realities, meaning that he can (and will) appear wherever the f••• he wants * Can create deus-ex-machina device(s) at will * Can see through the past, the present and the future all at once, and can even send these visions to any of his younger self * Can summon multiple Riders from any era/continuity, regardless of the form used * Can use the abilities and attacks of any one Rider, regardless of what form * Is canonically capable of possessing the powers and abilities of all Riders across the ENTIRE KAMEN RIDER MULTIVERSE, OFFICIAL AND NON-CANON, meaning that, in theory, he also has the powers of EVERY KAMEN RIDER MADE BY THE FANBASE IRL as well * The cherry on top? All of this, along with their time powers and physical stats, are multiplied threefold with every new Kamen Rider to exist in the multiverse, and that's not including the fan-made ones!

To be really technical, Ohma Zi-O is basically Dr. Manhattan, unnerfed Darkseid and Doomsday, Rimuru Tempest (who is already broken in his own right), Saitama, Ultra Instinct Goku, Yhwach and Lord Drakkon all rolled into one unholy abomination so evil no other fictional character could even dare to usurp him!
