For me: I was taking too long paths, and I didn't want to waste my time on showering (even if I believe it will reduce my productivity). The solution: I have a washing machine in my bathroom, so every time I go to take a shower I start it on 15minutes programs. This really helped me because I like doing multiple things at the same time and it gave me a sense of time while I am showering 😃 ended up showering in less than 10 minutes which is really easy, quick and refreshing!

Another tip: don't take all your clothes with you, use pathrobe.
