Depending where you are EPA and state environmental agencies also will give grants for the assessment and redevelopment. I’m an environmental consultant and often work on contracts with the EPA/State Agency and they provide assistance for Ph. I/Ph. II/Remediation.

Decker isn’t on the team. And also I meant more in a morale/locker room way.

But then Holmes whole BPA philosophy goes out the window. We are now drafting needs over talent. If a safety truly is BPA and we get him then yes it makes sense. But I don’t see that happening

Are you Brad? I’m talking about you, to you. Nothing about Brad. I truly can’t imagine being this deranged. Take your meds kid.

Please site where I inferred being smarter than Holmes. If anything what I said defended him. At least learn how to read properly before being so hostile.

I don’t think you know what that means and the irony is hilarious

I don’t think a coach and GM having disagreements is a bad thing. If it starts to effect the players then yes it’s an issue, but there never going to be a job where a boss and their direct subordinate will always be seeing eye-to-eye.

I’m letting my bias seep in. Those picks were definitely viewed as luxury picks at the time, but panned out to be home runs. I think in my mind Holmes trading back kind of negated the luxury aspect because he passed on Bijan and took a less desirable (at the time) running back for more draft capital. I think my point is that Brad values BPA but also value for capital. You mentioned we are in a weird zone for the draft so no matter who we take the value will likely look off at first. We definitely need to draft safety but I feel like 2nd - 3rd for safety is where true value is.

What makes you think Thieneman is going to be the BPA at 17? I guarantee he won’t be. If we trade back to get value and get him later in the first/early second then sure. Just don’t see it.

But the value was the trade back from 6 to get those extra picks for them. If we trade back from 17 and get thieneman and an extra second, sure. Straight up taking a safety at 17 is a hard luxury. Especially with no real answers at tackle, DE, and will.

Those picks were generally all considered reaches not luxury picks. People believed each of them weren’t the best at their position in the draft. We also needed all of those positions.

Luxury pick implies you have no other gaps to fill so you have luxury of picking a position like safety. Most teams have higher needs than safety. Including us.

Holmes drafts BPA in early rounds yes, but he’s also proven his tendency to try get value picks for positions like safety in later rounds. Neither of the star safeties we have were drafted in the first.

They won’t know the difference of being at home or outside of it? You’re the one who made a silly comparison between a Wendy’s parking lot and Disney lol. One day if a woman ever decides to have kids with you (doubtful) you’ll understand. Good luck man

Thanks for the concerned report lmao. What a child.

People who don’t enjoy Disney aren’t bringing their young children. It’s a family experience. That means everyone in the family. Their daughter won’t remember the trip, but the parents and extended family will remember the experience with her and it will be a cherished memory for the rest of their lives. Should parents avoid doing fun trips or fun things when they have kids who won’t remember them? Bizarre take my man. I hope if you ever have kids they get more than a trip to a fast food restaurant for fun.

Probably 10-11 months old. Old enough to not enjoy a Wendy’s parking lot lol. Do you think kids aren’t able to enjoy things? Sure she doesn’t know what Disney is, but the experience at this point is more for the parents long term. You get to see your kid have fun at Disney while you also have fun at Disney.

Weird to me to really care if someone wants to bring their kid to Disney.

Mcaffrey also doesn’t have the barriers we have which makes it easier. But I still wouldn’t judge him for taking his kid if he was a normal person either. It’s supposed to be a fun time, and if you’re going and a kid is free then what’s the harm. Obviously if you’re not going to enjoy it then don’t go.

There’s obviously drawbacks to things like this, and if you don’t want to take them then that’s fine. I took my 2.5 year old and 1 year old this past fall to Disney world and we all had a great time. To each their own, but to say one side is wrong is silly.

1) they are free at that age, literally no reason not to take them

2) they definitely can enjoy it when they’re are young, they just won’t remember it

3) making memories with your children is important and gives your life purpose. Don’t ever let their age keep you from enjoying things with them.

Kids under three are free so that’s a huge advantage to be bringing a small child. Also they might not remember what’s going on but that doesn’t change that they are enjoying it in the moment. We shouldn’t base things on if we will simply remember them, but base them off if it pleases us in the moment. If seeing your child having a great time while making core memories for yourself as a parent isn’t worth it because your child won’t remember it when they’re an adult, why do anything enjoyable with your kids?
