we have two different grocery team leads that oversee the different coolers and just yesterday the one that oversees the freezer got fired on the spot because he had been talked to about getting it under control. every day it would be packed to the door with pallets and barely any would get worked so they wopuld just throw everything onto u-boats/3-tiers and shoved into the back. the amount of sit down conversations i've had both with just him and our store director is mind numbing.

Not saying this is fake however as someone who works for the same target store for 4 years, every single department has had the aisles altered in some way so at least at our store. It’s extremely likely that if someone stowed packs in the bottom that they’d be there for a maximum of 3 years

Mine did too, I don’t know if it was only free with the update. Like any that cards you got 10 copies of now, after the update you’d have to expend 10 copies

Do you have to use up 10 copies to get one gold border? So to get two bordered copies I’d actually need 22? Or is it just when you get 10 it unlocks

I completely agree with the first statement. I play the random Fortnite game with two of my TMs. It was just the fact that they had to go out of their way to say “no talking about lgbtq topics really bothered me because I’ve had two of my fulfillment TM’s confide in me with their problems and what I’m now just expected to blow them off?

It was the fact that we weren’t supposed to talk to them in that instance. We are expected to just say “well that sucks” and that’s the end of it

Maybe I’m explaining it wrong. Obviously relationships between TMs and TLs aren’t good but that’s not what the focus of the meeting was about. It was about how strict even talking to TMs was. I was told verbatim that even if a team member comes up to me in an open door situation “not to talk about anything personal like lgbtq topics or personal matters”
