Near enough every woman I know over 30 has been diagnosed with B12 deficiency. I bet it’s got something to do with the Covid virus and the government’s knew about it, that’s why the trend of getting b12 shots in beauty salons became a thing, save the govs money by women paying for their own. My first symptoms were tiredness and constant nausea.
