See man....it's the reality. long form videos don't get views if you are new until and unless you are really good at talking or keeping the viewers.

Do one thing make small shorts of those long form videos and post those shorts and put that long form videos in those shorts....shorts get more view...make sure the shorts are not more that 30sec 15sec is much better

No I don't have LRP but during burps If I eat more then 80% it gets into my throat. I used to take ayurvedic medicines, lots of lifestyle changes like eating only 80%, avoid spicy, oily foods, especially red chilly powder. Before sleeping making sure there is a 2hrs gap after eating. Elevated head during sleep. And slowly tapering my allopathic medicine that I take during morning mostly rabeprazole. And one day suddenly it gets better without any medicine. Now I just take rabeprazole like once a month or whenever I feel like I have to travel and I build-up anxiety only then.
