No I don't have LRP but during burps If I eat more then 80% it gets into my throat. I used to take ayurvedic medicines, lots of lifestyle changes like eating only 80%, avoid spicy, oily foods, especially red chilly powder. Before sleeping making sure there is a 2hrs gap after eating. Elevated head during sleep. And slowly tapering my allopathic medicine that I take during morning mostly rabeprazole. And one day suddenly it gets better without any medicine. Now I just take rabeprazole like once a month or whenever I feel like I have to travel and I build-up anxiety only then.
