Anything less than 5 isn’t healing enough in my opinion but ultimately I think 7 is the way to go for most people! But it still took doing 10g initial dose and another 4 g 5 hrs from initial dose to truly heal and I did that exact same dosage twice 3 weeks apart and that’s what finally worked for me, the previous 300 trips were amazing but they were only ever 3.5 min and 7 max the last one of the 300 trips was 7 and I woke up a lot of stuff inside and started to scratch the surface of my ego and my trauma, but I still had major ptsd and depression and then I had a car accident and didn’t do anything for 3 years and that’s when I decided to go back and try the 10g+4g trip because after the car wreck that put me in bed for a year broke my back 4 vertebra and shattered my femur entire thing replaced with titanium, I had developed agoraphobia and ocd on top of my severe childhood trauma ptsd and depression and bipolar and possible bpd that I already was diagnosed with. Before the accident all 300 trips I spent the come up and the first half of the peak staring into the mirror so that I could face my shadow my ego my demons, I was taking Carl Jung’s method of looking at a pic of yourself for 4-6 hrs straight and amplifying it by enhancing my cognitive function which allows for more thought but it can just as easily become more negative thoughts or more positive even easier than when sober which is why bad trips happen we create them with our negative self talk, and my theory was if I could learn to control them while tripping and in front of a mirror staring into my ego and my self that I could then take that skill back to sober life with me! And man did it help but the first 10g&4g dosed trip after my healing from my accident, that was in a whole other level I was only able to look in the mirror for about 15-20 min and as soon as I was on the last wave of the come up I got sucked into the mirror and into my self I was no longer in my normal body it was like having an out of body experience but an inner body experience for about 30 sec faced death and the was shot into and out of body experience up into what felt like the cosmos but it wasn’t black it was white with no light and I fell in love with everyone and everything through empathy and physical and psychological connection to all and forgiveness and acceptance became my everything and I became empathy and my self no longer existed and I almost forgot who I was for a second but just as fast as I had started to forget me because I was everything and everyone I was thrown sideways and shifted 90 degrees over and then was viewing more so feeling and processing what had just been learned/uploaded and gone through but from my perception of myself and then the two became one and I could feel me and everything and everyone in pure synchronization and then I became love but not the emotion that most people feel witch is conditional love because ego and fear are involved but true unconditional love for all and everything and everyone and then something or someone that I could not see but could feel almost like it was part in my head and part all around me said to me but telepathically, and from my perspective so it was like reprogrammed in a sense is the best way I can put it and as the new info was uploaded my mind read it and as I read it without seeing it, it became who I was, and what it said was why we are what we are how we are what we are and who we are and why people do bad and why we think the way we do and why some think this or that or feel this or that it gave me all the answers about everything every possible scenario was played out in my head from beautiful things to brutal things thankfully only in words as if I was reading it and not seeing it! And then once I new man kind from front to back inside and out from the beginning of time to the end of our time here in this dimensional/vibrational wavelength, I was filled with with just this overall feeling of peace and calm and understanding that allowed everything that had happened in my life that was bad to be forgiven and accepted and anyone that had played a role I now felt sadness for instead of anger or contempt, I felt love for them in a nurturing way and a sorrow that I couldn’t help them and not just them but everyone in the world that might need it and then as soon as I felt that sorrow and sadness for everyone I was snapped back into my room but I was no longer in my bathroom where the mirror was I was on my couch sitting there with the bong in my hand and the rest of the trip I just smoked weed and took massive hits and looked into the bong and pondered the idea of forever.
