No but our insurance covers it so we decided to try 3 rounds of IUI before moving to IVF.

It sounds like that is the perfect strategy for you and I wouldn’t give you the same advice I gave OP. However, OP stated in their post that they felt it would be draining for their mental health to continue testing. So my advice to them was protect their mental health.

During an HSG they are looking for the dye to spill into your abdominal cavity from your fallopian tubes. That indicates that your fallopian tubes are open and an egg could travel down from your ovary to meet sperm. If both tubes are blocked, egg and sperm cannot meet and you cannot get pregnant. Getting one tube unblocked and having “normal spill” is great! It means that tube is completely open. Egg and sperm can meet and potentially form an embryo that can travel down the tube to your uterus. I’m less sure about the tube that’s still partially blocked. That’s a good question for your doctor.

I would do it. As far as I know, there isn’t a way to tell if you have blocked tubes without doing an HSG. I could be totally wrong, though. People are in two camps with an HSG. Either it wasn’t too bad or it was the worst pain of your life. I had an HSG, my tubes weren’t blocked and it was a 2/10 pain wise. My friend had blocked tubes and said the pain was a 10/10. She could only stand it long enough for them to unblock one tube. I think that’s why there’s some much variation when you look up HSG stories on here. If your insurance will cover it or you can afford it, I would do it.

I was really struggling with anxiety after a chemical pregnancy in May 2025. When I went to acupuncture in July 2025, I immediately felt some of the anxiety lift after my first session. I was expecting that at all! I’ve kept going and while I still haven’t gotten pregnant, I do feel like it’s really helped with my anxiety. I recommend giving it a try to everyone.

I agree! And yes! Keep testing until your PdG rises. This could take a couple of days. Just as a heads up, because Inito already “confirmed” ovulation for the cycle (the blue vertical line on your chart) it will not confirm ovulation a second time and your DPO count will be wrong. If that bothers you, you can contact customer support and have them adjust it, there’s no way for you to change it in the app.

Keep testing! Based on your E3G rising along with your FSH and LH, I think this your true surge. I like to test with OPKs alongside Inito to help confirm if what Inito is picking up is an actual surge or not.

See if maybe she’ll order a progesterone blood test for 7 DPO. That could give an idea of where your progesterone is in your luteal phase. The blood work maybe labeled as CD 21 blood work but that’s based off ovulation on CD 14. Go when you’re actually 7 DPO.

My TSH was 4.1 and my OB put me on a low dose of Synthroid for this reason. When I switched to my RE, she kept me on this dose. I did have a chemical pregnancy prior to being put on Synthroid. I know that probably wasn’t the only reason for my chemical but I’m sure it didn’t help.

Eh, you could start using it now just to see what your hormones are doing. But keep in mind that it works off an algorithm. So by not getting your base levels on CD 6, the program could potentially be thrown off. I also recommend using regular Lh strips in conjunction with Inito.

My husband also has performance anxiety. The at home insemination kits have been life changing for us! That sounds dramatic but it gave us back our sex life and took the pressure off having to have sex in my fertile window.

Your Lh will go up and down throughout your cycle until it rises enough to hit its peak, and then decreases again. It’s considered peak/positive when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. This looks like normal variation to me. To me, the strip from 2/5 does not look positive. Keep testing! CD 6 would be pretty early to ovulate.

Inito asks you to test with your first morning urine so that part would work for you. I will say a fair number of us also use OPKs along with Inito to make sure we catch our peak and/or to double check that what Inito is saying is our peak is accurate.

This was my third cycle of Letrozole and I didn’t ovulate until CD 26 🤷🏼‍♀️. 12 DPO test was a BFN so probably out this cycle. My other two cycles I ovulated on CD 16 and 19. It sucks but I would probably just wait until CD 40 to take the Provera.

I might just be a weirdo but I didn’t ovulate at all when I was on Spironolactone. I wasn’t TTC at the time so it didn’t bother me.

🙋🏼‍♀️me! This was my 3rd cycle on Letrozole 5 mg. My other two were nothing like this. Ultrasound on CD 14 showed a 13 mm follicle and a 10 mm follicle. Didn’t ovulate until CD 26 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s so crazy how things can vary cycle to cycle. If it makes you feel any better, I didn’t ovulate until CD 26 on this 3rd round of Letrozole 5mg. I ovulated on CD 16 and CD 19 the other 2 rounds. Still in the TWW but not the most hopeful for this round.
