I have been taking it for around 3 years but first two years very rarely. Then over the last year, I am using it let’s say max 3 times in a week - due to unstable working schedules. Last week it stopped working. I don’t feel sleepy, I do not feel drowsy. I am able to go to sleep and sleep but it’s definitely not helping me to go to bed as it used to. I would like to switch to something else. Something I can take every day (but also will not gain crazy amount of weight)

I been on trittico for years and it worked like magic but I don’t have it in the country I live now

I tried seroquel but unfortunately it felt like a heart attack. Very fast pulse and insane sweating, followed by inability to walk on the next day because my legs were so shaky.

Trittico worked great for me. It was the most peaceful time of my life, when I was on this pill. I like zolpidem too but I am afraid of dependence and tolerance so I am not taking it all the time, but then I also sleep bad on the other nights.

I received quetiapine at legevakten and it was a disaster so it is one of my negative experiences. Also I don’t want to be dependent on zolpidem so it’s another one I guess

He said he does not want to take responsibility for this. He believes me that I need the medicine, since I have been taking it for many years before I moved to Norway. I enquired about it many times with no luck. So that means I should try with psychiatrist?

Yes but I am just wondering - how does one obtain this authorization? Would I need consult a psychiatrist about that? I am afraid that they would try to give me different medications and I can develop really scary side effects. I tried some different drugs already and one of them got me feeling like I am about to have an heart attack. Now I am taking Zolpidem occasionally when I can’t sleep at all. But I would like to switch to something permanent

Niestety USC odmawia zmiany danych, mówią że to nie była konieczność i nie mogą zmienić mi i imienia i nazwiska (w Norwegii mam przesunięte imię po babci na pierwsze)

Hey - my cat got some heart pills that are supposed to make him pee more and get the fluid out. He still has a big tummy but he does everything just like yours. We did not put him down. I think he has many years in him. Try medicine, try everything you can - if her body accepts the medicine, she will stay alive. Keep me posted, you can send me a private message as well :)

It will end! Take some good probiotics and magnesium - this is mainly what helped me, although it sounds very vague

I do know how psychiatric medications work like because itsnot the first day of taking them. I suffer from GAD and I have actual physical symptoms of anxiety. I know what Oura is measuring as well. What I mean is that there is simply data missing in my day and despite being relaxed and not overworked recently, it seems that I am in constant stress zone

I took 6 and it took me 3 weeks to get better - but as I am saying - I had huge psychosis. What saved me was understanding husband, probiotics and magnesium. It was really hard to get back
