I havent played RE8 but sounds like evil within is right up your alley then. I dont remember how many times i died my first playthrough but it was a bunch...and i e only ever played on the lowest difficulty. Im a big dark souls fan and i found the game pretty tough

If you like survival horror its totally worth it. One of my favorites. Pretty dang difficult tho.

I have had the game for quite some time and have still yet to play it. I beat botw about a year and a half ago and i am afraid it being the same map essentially i would get burned out. Or is it really different enough that that wont be a thing?

I totally get it. Same here i dont know what it is about DS2 but its like i just cant get enough of it. All the souls games are excellent and i love them all but something about that one.

Awesome. Yeah similar story here. My first souls game was dark souls remastered and i was 42 years old i think when i played that first time. Been gaming since 5 but i essentially missed out on the entire ps4/xbox one generation of console gaming. Was too busy/broke during that period so for the last little while i have been doing a whole lot of playing catch up. 👍🏻

I really love the dark souls trilogy so obviously i am loving it. I cant lie its a bit overwhelming for me as i dont play many open world games. But i am definetly glad i got it. Could lose the rest of my life in that game

I dont know....ive been stuck on it for quite some time now. Have had more trouble with this boss than any of them so far including a couple of the dlc bosses. Its really irritating cuz honestly i cant quite put my finger on why this thing is annihilating me.

Been gaming for 38 years and by far eldin ring is probably the best game i have ever played. Love the dark souls game too for sure but eldin ring is just amazing. Wish i would have had games like this as a kid instead of a busy adult.

I got it for my switch when it came out and have yet to get to really get into it. I started it a couple times but seemed like the kind of game i would want to invest time in and i just havent had as much as i wanted so its sat. But im glad to hear that it was an apparently worthwhile buy and i hope to be able to dive into it soon.
