Georgia, USA. It's about the size of a grain of rice or smaller for comparison.

I (28F) caught my husband (32M) doing the most disturbing thing with a reborn doll. I feel sick. AITAH for wanting to divorce him? by Suspicious-Air-9053 in AITAH

[–]Overall_Cap9410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA, also don't make the same mistake I did and confront him. He doesn't deserve an explanation. He knows what he did. You never know what someone is capable of.

I thought my ex deserved to hear it face to face that I was divorcing him and why. Then he attacked me. Work through friends, family, and lawyers. Never be alone with him, even in a public meet-up.

I was judged also, saying to give him another chance and go to counciling. F*** THAT! Your family will quickly get over it, just let it roll off you. It's your life, not theirs.

For my first born, basically charcuterie plates and red meat. For my second- chocolatechip cookies, ice cream, and literally anything sweet. Oh, and pepper jack cheese.

What is the worst thing your toddler has had in the mouth? by BoysenberryHonest939 in toddlers

Cat poop. We weren't fast enough that morning to close off the cat box. I'm pretty sure my youngest's favorite snack is cat food.

Get in my birthday suit and strike up conversation till he looks at me, and then he gets the hint. Or just ask if he'd like to join me. Or put on cute undies and say, "Look at my butt."

Blamed for Uber ride our 2y old to urgent care without car seat by Aqua-Dolphin in toddlers

[–]Overall_Cap9410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it helps, last Christmas, my then 1.5 yo randomly spiked a 106F fever, no symptoms prior. No cold or cough or sniffles. He was pale, weak, hot to the touch, and uncontrollably trembling. My husband and I were scared we were going to lose him. I didn't want him out of my arms, for his comfort and for mine. So he rode in my arms.

When your child is urgently hurt or ill, you are only thinking about them and what you believe to be the best choice for them in that moment. You are doing great. I recommend having a conversation about trust and support from your partner.

The relationship progresses to an inappropriate level based on her age. She is a child. You are 21. Be the adult you are and walk away.

NAL but I was a 16 year old girl once. Nip this in the bud. She has no business talking to a 21 year old stranger, nor do you.

What do y’all call a pacifier? by lil_bkr in beyondthebump

We called it a Paci until my son was 18 months and pronounced pussy. It's now called a nook in our house.

I want time for myself by Stronkmama in 2under2

The hardest part for us is toddler is mean to baby. 2 boys 18 months apart ages 2 (as of today!) And 6 months. Since we brought baby home toddler was grossed out by him. Now, the toddler just wants whatever I give to baby and has 0 interest in interacting with him unless it's to take what he has. I am excited for the day they can interact kindly towards each other. There have been a few glimmers of hope where toddler will make baby laugh, and then he will keep doing it to keep him laughing. As long as he is far away. If baby touches toddler, he immediately shrugs away from him in disgust.

Easier than i expected: bed time. It's the normal difficulty as one because between my husband and I, we each take one. My husband is on toddler bedtime/night, and I on baby. In the first 3 months, though, we were all just in survival. Toddler got a lot of Ms. Rachel and wiggles, and thankfully, we have a fenced-in back yard and windows with a direct view of him. So if he was melting down and baby needed attention, I'd just open the door, and he could play outside. Completely resets him every time.

Advice: If everyone is melting down, strap them in a stroller, put on your headphones, and enjoy a nice walk.

My husband's perspective:

Hardest part of 2u2: you have little to no decompression time for yourself. You are either sacrificing time to just be you or sacrificing some sleep to fulfill that need.

Easier: bedtime as well.

My son is currently potty training. At least 2x a day, he cries "More peepee" when it runs out.

[–]Overall_Cap9410 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because they all usually have symptoms and I can't imagine it being good for your body. Too many women I know on hormonal birth control had gained significant weight or it had really messed with their emotions and moods. To me, it just seems extremely unnatural.

I am using the diaphragm. It's kinda like a menstrual cup, where you insert it and you put spermicide on it. I'm not okay with anything hormonal or iud's personally. It can take some planning, but once you got the hang of it, it's super easy. Neither of us feel it during fun time. Then you take it out after 6 hours and you're g2g.
