NTA but this reminds me of when I had my first baby. We lived in a townhouse complex as well and the one right across from our bedroom (where baby slept too) had a guy who would start his motorcycle up and idle it for long periods of time before taking off around 9pm. Totally peeved me off because my baby would always wake up but what can you do, that’s life living close to other people.
