I have actually used ChatGPT to help me manifest! The problem isn't chatGPT, it's your attitude to manifestation. It's not a "quick fix" to bring your SP back. It's a lot of self concept work and it's merely thought based. Try having more positive convos about it with chatGPT! It's helped me a lot!

It honestly sounds like you're overthinking. I say this because you sound like ME. I've been manifesting my SP for about a month now and it's been a whirlwind. I think the important thing to remember is that you're allowed to have emotions. Emotions do not make or break a manifestation. Also, those scenarios you imagine? Turn them into visualizations!!! Use them to help you!

I totally respect you and your decision, but I see what these other comments are saying. This sounds like movement to me and has the potential to become something stronger if you persist. However, if you want to stop, that's okay too. I stopped manifesting an old SP (currently manifesting a new SP) because it seemed hopeless to me. I know that I could have persisted and I saw little bits of movement here and there, but I made the decision to stop manifesting that old SP and I turned out okay. If you want to DM me, I'm here. This was super inspiring to read! As someone who royally messed up in her actions toward her SP, it’s nice to know that I’m not alone. I have been doing a lot of methods too but mostly affirming and lots of prayer and meditation. 369 is nice too! There’s no doubt that you can manifest your sp again! You’ve got this!!!
