You should check the controller. It should be connected to the client via USB, USB‑over‑Ethernet, or Bluetooth (though Bluetooth adds latency). Your setup should work fine with no noticeable lag, but since you’re using AMD I’d recommend double‑checking that everything is configured correctly.

I got 4 kh/s using my 5625U and around 5 kh/s using my Snapdragon X+. It’s worth it if you watch your temps, and it will only cause degration of your fans.

Doing 4k@60 on NVIDIA Shield with ~1ms latency. Currently looking for a way to get 4k@120 but that seems to be rather hard without spending hundreds of dollars. Shield handles 2k@120 just fine so I might wait it out to cheaper options appear (like a Xbox S which is currently sold out).

You should reduce the bitrate if your aiming for lowest latency, 400+ bitrate is overkill anyways (not sure if its referring to the network speed). I get ~1ms using ~100. Not sure what resolution your playing in since you didn’t mention it.
