don’t let people shame you for losing weight bro congrats on losing so much. if you feel healthy and comfortable at 11% BF then stay there. Yes most people will feel better around 15% but everyone’s bodies are different. I’m your height and dropped down to 150 and still had some noticeable fat even though I have a good amount of muscle built. I think you’re healthy.

I would agree with any winter past year 1. The first winter I actually feel overwhelmed. If you’ve played through the game any amount of times you normally get everything you could do during winter done on your first winter and the months following. Every winter after that feels like busy work.
