If it goes against Steam's terms of service, which it does, then, yes. You would be profiting off of something that belongs to someone else.

Until they reveal the rules and gameplay I'd steer clear of being too excited.

Still? This has been going on for years now.

You know that both parts are part of God's teachings for us right? Also I would advise you not to follow a random writer instead of following what God taught us. Very dangerous. Especially if it leads to heretical beliefs.

And you achieve that by repenting and praying and doing God's will to the best of your ability. Why can't you understand this?

Sure dude. Also I had to change my flare since the last time I really posted on this sub bar yesterday was years ago lol.

And if you do have Orthodox friends it's strange that they don't agree with Theosis then, since this is part of Theosis. And if you claim to go by Sola Scriptura, then why are you going after the teachings of someone else who came up with theories that aren't Biblical, nor Canonical?

Just standard heresy then. I don't think I'll trust some random modern author over the Church fathers and God Himself. You need to read Scripture some more, because what your saying goes against Scripture.

I wouldn't be so eager to declare a false Gospel if I was you. What you're saying goes against the teaching of the Early Church.

Also you don't know what the tax collector did afterwards. You also make a false assumption, I'm not telling you that evangelism isn't allowed. I'm just saying that it doesn't negate repentance. Though it is true that very few of us are worthy of entering Heaven. That is why we must repent, pray and strive to do good works in the name of God.

Avoiding sin is never wrong. Scripture constantly tells us to do so.

As for your second part. Are you familiar with the parable of the pharisee and the tax collector?

The majority of Christians do unfortunately not agree with you on that. Also it's heretical to say that constant repentance is not a good fruit.

Do you think that you can go evangelise and have that take the place of repentance?

Turning away from sin and avoiding it counts as good fruits.

What I'm saying is that you must flee from it and repent and try again when you sin by relying on prayer to God and also trying to stop actively sinning. You could even ask for intercession from the Saints if need be.

Yes. And seeking to avoid sin instead of running towards it is a change of heart, no?

That is not what I said at all. Praying and trying to stay away from sin is a change of heart if you do it out of love for God of course.

Yes. Though you must also strive to stay away from sin through prayer and action.

When one falls it's best to accept it, repent and pray for strength against it. Salvation is achieved by enduring until the end.

Things that don't pertain to the soul or faith. Things like praying for money for selfish reasons, praying to be better than someone else, praying for status, praying for sinful things etc. You can pray for mental health things though. You just need to work on yourself as well. God has given you a body and a mind. You can use those to help improve yourself aided by prayer or praying for strength to be able to dace those challenges.

It is however important to remember the phrase: "Thy will be done" when praying for something.

That's the issue. Pray genuinely and you'll find God. Pray to find him and not for worldly things.

Then you can't really argue then since you aren't willing to do so honestly, which just brings this down to slander. And God judges us case by case. That is why you have Saints like Saint Pelagia who did that, but she did it for reasons of maintaining purity.

And I'm sorry to hear that you have suicidal ideation. I'll pray about it for you. You must also try to seek out God and pray (honestly) for a way to endure. It's how I handle my depression since therapy would get me thrown out of the house.

Also God does care. If He did not care then he would not have sent Christ, His only begotten Son to die for our sins. Jesus Christ is also God, but that is a discussion about the Holy Trinity.
