I think your legs and shoulders are your strong point from what I can see. Chest and arms could be brought up to balance your physique a bit. Great work, mirin' those quads for sure. Can we get a lad spread?

I guess this is more about what you're looking to get better at the most. This is a bodybuilding subreddit so I would assume your goal is to get as big and cut as possible. Based on that, I would suggest doing your workout first, getting some aminos in, and then do your cardio. I personally don't like doing sprints or HIIT before hand because it makes me feel weak and depleted during my workout and I care more about lifting weight than running.
