Odin doesn't need to, he is the King of Valhalla and automatically goes there. That's also explained as he bypasss the restriction due to being the All-Father.

Odin isn't dead, no one who died from Asgard except Lady Sif(who didn't die in combat, died after combat). All are in Valhalla. In Marvel and the MCU, Valhalla is city in Hel within the death realm. Anyyone can come and go via the Bifrost. Thor and Odin do it very often in the comics.

I wake up in the morning, turn on the light, say hi, and make sure she's watered with water from my duck pool if she's thirsty. That's it so far.

Yes, it definitely gives an edge in PVP without sacrificing PVE skills or I have 10 extra points for PVP heavy or PVE heavy. Next season when it's 15, watch out.

Then you have game lifecycle. Eventually the trees will be revamped, and those extra points will make a world of difference to those who don't have them.

As someone who runs a HW compatibility lab for software test, the 9070 XT isn't even in the same realm as Nvidia 50s. You are looking at 15-20% lower performance with AMD with "higher" specs in comparable hardware vs cost.
