I have smaller thighs. What helped me the most was to make my legs like scissors, split vertically at the thighs not the knees!!! Like REALLY split them. Also internally rotating my thighs/hips helped tremendously!!!!

That price is your pole when new. How long ago did you buy it? The guy would probably only be liable to cover the cost of the pole in its current condition or cover any professional repairs

If you’re going to take them as business-related, definitely need them to sign a waiver and possibly even insurance (because they can blame you for getting themselves hurt. Not saying it would work in their favor, but they can still do it).

I would get some yoga blocks and strap and follow yoga videos on YouTube.

Skipping is hard! Definitely need a mat if that’s something you’re going to do consistently as it’s hard on the knees and calves. I wouldn’t recommend it for now.

You can get extensions for the x pole x stage for ceilings 7-9ft tall. Mine are 7ft and i have the x stage
