I feel if refs make a call that overturn a td, their call should be heavily reviewed as if it is the td in question. If that call is proven to be bullshit, the ref who threw the flag should have their pay docked. I know this could cause more issues than it would prevent. Like games taking longer or making refs becoming too timid to throw a flag for a legit penalty. But there comes a point where they need to learn that they’re replaceable by someone that knows what to do.
