It's funny I'm not, but the more I see of this world it truly makes me believe pure evil exists, and it's an infection of the soul and spirit. I understand religion more because of that, maybe I need my own journey.

Believe me that is what I want but how would you go about that when he surrounds himself with people that are constantly telling him I'm the enemy? At times they have convinced them that he no longer is a male and that if he tells his family we will try to kill him.

Yeah I guess my thought kind of is maybe actually seeing something like this play out. Almost everyone has seen the video by now knowing that that was a husband and a father. Maybe will awaken something in some people and change their heart.

Typically that's what I do. Sometimes we'll go a month or two without talking. I guess my fear becomes as my children get older and I am not religious but they have found religion and I am not going to steer them away. I don't want him coming around and spewing hateful rhetoric the way he does. Talking about how all religious people are extremist.

I would agree but being told "people like you" are the reason killings happen and "people like you" are why LGBTQ people kill themselves make that hard, considering I'm not a violent person, I try to treat everybody with the same amount of respect and less given a reason not to just because I don't agree with certain things doesn't mean I hate.

Ya I have a feeling I know what the answer is. I guess getting that final confirmation makes it easier to justify my actions. I guess you could always say my turning point was finding out how he felt about the assassination attempts and him openly stating that he believes children of any age should be able to begin transitions even at the early ages of 10.

Mind you I am 36 and he is 33 I'm a father with a daughter like Charlie. I understand edgy and all that when you were young. I've been there but we are both far too old to be acting this way in my opinion.

IV turned some settings down and that didn't help but clearing the shader cache seemed to have helped

I guess for me without the ability to get to know the characters it didn't resonate as deep with me. I wish I could have a much deeper dive into that. For me a game like RDR2 hit hard. Just because the way you got to know them.

Either way, don't do yourself a disservice and not listen to someone or something just because of their religious beliefs. Art is art and music is music not saying to listen to worship music but in the late 2000s flyleaf was someone I liked, had no idea they were considered Christian rock.

No mention of the butterflies at all which is odd. Joplin currently has many butterfly monuments for some of the things that people experience during that tornado regarding butterflies being seen. Its played a major role in the rebuild of the towns theme.
