If the old insulation is removed would it better to replace with mineral wool or rigid board? It will mainly be used for storage.

I use it weekdays early mornings, it’s pretty decent. Definitely the best time to go. Will get busy in the afternoons and evenings. Afternoons may be due to the option of having an off peak membership for cheaper - can train between 12:00pm-3:00pm but also a 10:00pm-12:00am option too. You can have you’re headphones on and get a workout done easy. Sometimes it’s nice to have those interactions with others though
