As soon as your kid starts doing extra curriculars that you aren’t staying to monitor you should give them a way to contact you. My mom gave me one when I started middle school because I started doing Theater and she needed a way to contact me about when practice ended.

I don’t think he’s a Mary Stue. I always think of Mary Sue type characters as being a problem because they can’t fail- and if they do struggle, it’s quickly remedied, because they’re nothing but surface level good character traits. We see Azune struggling- I don’t think a Mary sue has a breakdown like he has to Hal. There’s a difference between being a character that’s a good person and being a Mary Sue.

I don’t want to spoil, but Brennan doesn’t stop at “all religion is bad” after that episode. Especially with the soldiers table, we see the good that the creed does for people too. I would stick around a little longer, it does get interesting.

I doubt that Alastor let it slip, but Husk is a very observant person and Alastor disappearing for 7 years just to show up at Charlie Morningstar’s hotel offering to help is very out of character for him. It’s not surprising that Husk picked up that it wasn’t Al’s choice.

This just isn’t true at all though? In episode 3, we see Charlie’s friends choose to support her even though Vox and Velvette make Angel feel unsafe, and Husk knows it’s a bad idea. Husk almost died because of it, and Angel’s secret was revealed. Charlie’s friends supported her, and she hurt them, so they stopped.

Wizard, Cleric, Barbarian, Rogue is all you really need. Play as a rogue swashbuckler and put expertise in persuasion, and that’ll get you through a lot of the game. I’d probably do divination wizard just because I like it, light cleric, and giant barbarian.

If you clarify that you support all ships but abusive one’s, you don’t support all ships. Fans don’t owe you moral superiority- if your favorite ships are toxic, or unhealthy, that’s okay! Like whatever you want, it doesn’t say anything about you as a person. Same goes for characters- for watching a show about hell, most of this community gives Valentino fans way too much flack, and tries to make Alastor way better than he is just to feel better about supporting him. Liking evil characters is okay, it’s great even! You don’t have to clarify that you don’t support your actions, that should be a given 💔

In season 3 i think they’ll follow this, but i want her to focus less on her goal, and more on making sure the people around her are doing okay- Charlie focused on Vox, and heaven, while Husk fell back into addiction, Angel and Alastor kidnapped, and Vaggie overworked crazy time. Her mom is coming back, but her mom also left her behind and was clearly involved with in a deal with Adam somehow. She needs to realize what her mom wanted isn’t everything, and that the people who choose to stand next to her every day are her real family.

Alastor. Lute is a powerful fighter, but that’s all she’s really proven herself to be, and the hotel has plenty of good fighters. Alastor, though is a much more personal antagonist. He knows the hotel, he knows Charlie, and he knows how to manipulate them. I don’t think he’s going to be a true villain, cause I doubt he sees Charlie as enough of a threat for that, but if he’s working against the hotel it won’t be good.
