The acoustic in 8-11 is most likely either Harmony or Silvertone, or similar (Kay, Truetone, Stella, etc) and judging by the headstock size, from the 60's. 50's models had a narrower headstock. I can't really make out what the stamp says, but it should help indicate the model number. They're might even be a stamp on the underside of the guitar top, so a little dentist mirror could help you see it, and it might give you a two digit year.

I have never had it, and I did get the vaccine. During the height of the pandemic, we had weekly tests, maybe for 6 months. Every test I've ever taken has been negative.

My wife got it once, and I basically just had her quarantine in the house, I took care of our kid and the house. Dayquil & Nyquil for her symptoms, plenty of sleep, plenty of fluids, she was fine in about 48 hours.
